Campaigning in Modern Media

With the rise of social media, everything has changed. Even the way we carry out our political campaigns. Now more than ever, with the rise of misinformation, it's paramount to not only run authentically but maintain a level of transparency that many political candidates seem to have difficulty with.

The internet has played a key role in how we consume our media. Through the use of social media, election processes, global conflict and diplomacy around the world has become less private and at a higher risk of corruption. Whoever controls the media controls the narrative. This is extremely dangerous for anyone trying to seek the Absolute Truth.

With everyone putting in their 2 cents about what everyone else should do with their lives, it's no surprise that due to social pressure, our votes seem to not even be our own. Everyone tells you who to vote for but rarely encourages critical thought among the masses to vote for who will actually carry out the policies they promised. If we want change, we must embody that change and VOTE DIFFERENTLY.
